•The first time you log into Fibabanka Mobile, we complete your device pairing with SMS password. After your first login, you only need to use your Internet Banking or Mobile Banking password
•If you do not have a Mobile or Internet Banking password, you can quickly and easily get your password with your card number or customer number by filling out the form under the Get / Forgot Password step.
•Frequently used banking transactions are at your fingertips via Practical Transaction Menu.
•All money transfers to same and another bank transactions are combined under the Money Transfer menu. When you type an IBAN or account number of a bank, we automatically refer you to related transaction.
•If you are using Fibabanka Mobile application, you will be sent a push notification to Fibabanka Mobile when you log in to Internet Banking. You need to click on this notification and enter your Mobile or Internet Banking password on your phone screen. Customers who have never used Fibabanka Mobile before, will log in with the SMS password if this is the first time they log in to Internet Banking.
